By accessing or using ginio.ai, or by applying for private beta access to the Ginio platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and users of Ginio. For enterprise agreements, separate terms may apply
Ginio is a brand intelligence engine that helps organizations understand and manage how AI systems represent their brand. The platform is currently in private beta. Access is at Ginio's sole discretion.
• Applying for private beta does not guarantee access.
• Ginio reviews every application personally and selects participants at its discretion.
• Beta access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time.
• Beta participants may be asked to provide feedback and agree to additional terms upon onboarding.
You agree to use ginio.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the Site without our written permission.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting an application.
All content on ginio.ai including text, design, logo, graphics, and methodology is the property of Ginio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written consent.
The Ginio name, logo, and brand mark are trademarks of Ginio.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks.
The Site and all information on it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Ginio does not warrant that:
• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current
• The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ginio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed €100.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Ginio is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the updated effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
